Liu She is one of the most famous and influential ink painters in China. He has participated with his works in numerous national and international exhibitions. His works are part of all relevant permanent collections of Chinese art museums. Furthermore, he has initiated and carried out many exhibitions on contemporary ink painting and has published various books on contemporary Chinese art. Liu She is intensively involved in the further development of artistic university education in China. He currently teaches as professor of painting at the HfG partner universities Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and Nanjing Normal University and is the dean of the School of Fine Art. ©2019
